We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Silver Art Projects, a non-profit organization that provides artists with free, year-long studio spaces and career development opportunities that accelerate and enhance their artistic practice at 4 World Trade Center.
The collaboration will debut at the Silver Art Gala 2024 on Thursday, November 14, at 6:00 PM. This year’s event celebrates artists who drive social change through transformative art, and will honor artist Jesse Krimes amongst others. At the event, ART FOR CHANGE will debut a new limited-edition print by current artist-in-residence, Lily Wong. Wong’s “Touch” will be available for purchase at the Gala and simultaneously released online. Also at the event, ART FOR CHANGE will showcase limited-edition prints by past and current Silver Art Projects residents including Alannah Farrell, Cydne Jasmin Coleby, Jean-Pierre Villafañe, Jesse Krimes, and Susan Chen.
Supporting Silver Art Projects’ mission, ART FOR CHANGE will donate a portion of the print proceeds to help fund their Artist-in-Residence program, in alignment with the ART FOR CHANGE mission to support artists in order to maintain a thriving cultural ecosystem.
