Caleb Hahne Quintana's latest exhibition, A Boy That Don't Bleed at Anat Engi, was recently featured in Galerie Magazine. In the feature, Osman Can Yerebakan writes, “His introspective, pastel-toned paintings mostly portray coming-of-age men engulfed in the mundane nature of the day-to-day. They march into blaring sunsets, play guitar by the window, and share a cigarette with a companion.”

It Is Not Only A Village is a close-up depiction of a hand clasping a glass of water, luminously lit before a glittering night sky. The title refers to the notion that humans are more than their physical selves, connected instead to a larger existence by way of the water and hydrogen that form a crucial makeup of not only their bodies but also the larger universe that they inhabit.
