Oscar yi Hou
Oscar yi Hou (b. 1998, Liverpool, England; lives and works in New York) received his BA from Columbia University, New York. Previously, he has studied at The Sorbonne Art School (École des arts de la Sorbonne). He will have an upcoming solo exhibition at the Brooklyn Museum this October. Recent solo exhibitions include A sky-licker relation at James Fuentes, New York; A dozen poem-pictures at James Fuentes Online; and Crane Seeking Comforts at T293 Gallery, Rome. Selected group exhibitions include Carl Freedman Gallery, UK; Half Gallery, New York; Kohn Gallery, Los Angeles; Asia Society, New York; Royal Academy, UK. He is currently an artist-in-residence at the 4 World Trade Center, as part of the Silver Art Projects studio program.
